慕尼黑的德国猪手 Pork Knuckle @ Augustiner Brau Munich, Germany

到慕尼黑一定要吃的食物之一当然就是他们的德国猪手啦！两年前就已经试过他们的猪手了，真的很好吃。大大一个的猪手，但是却烤的香香的，皮还是超松脆的，超好吃！

One of the must-eat-food in Munich, Germany is their Pork Knuckle. I had tried it once 2 years ago, and it is delicious! A huge pork knuckle but smell good and taste good, the skin of the pork knuckle is also very crunchy!

这是两年前吃的。This is what we ate last 2 years.

还记得上次我们到这家店享受它们的食物时是须要转车和走很长的一段路的，因为那时侯我们住的比较远，而且那时的酒店服务员教我们的路线就是那么的远。但是这次到这里我们终于不需要走很长的一段路啦，因为我们刚好就住在这家店的附近。。嘻嘻。。真是误打误撞啊！不过大家下次要到这里来也很方便，只须在火车总站搭19号的火车到 ‘Holzapfelstraße’ 就可以了。

I still remember last time when we tried to go this restaurant, we need to take a different train and walk for some distance only reach the restaurant, maybe it is due to us staying far away from the restaurant last time. And also because the hotel reception gave us the direction how to reach this restaurant. But this time we can reach here easily because we just stay near the restaurant. Haha.. We are lucky this time. Anyway, next time if you want to come here, you can just go to the Hauptbahnhof and take number 19’s tram to ‘Holzapfelstraße’.

这次我们只叫了一份杂餐，里面有鸭肉、烤猪肉片和一个面粉球，还有一份不同口味的香肠。味道很不错，可是我还是很想念他们的猪手。可惜这次我们只有3人，而且大家也都吃了一些东西了，所以不能点他们著名的德国猪手了。建议大家如果要吃猪手的话，最好和朋友一起分享不然真的会吃不完，除非你的食量很大。

This time we just ordered a set of meat plater which has duck meat, pork slices and a flour ball. We also ordered a plate of variety sausages. They all taste superb, but I still prefer their Pork Knuckle. Too bad that this time we can’t order their famous pork knuckle because we were not very hungry and just 3 of us I don’t think that we can finish the whole pork knuckle. I suggest that if you would like to try their Pork Knuckle, you can share with you friend unless you can eat a lot.
