在德国煮饭之第四篇 Cooking Life iN Germany 4

一半放了较多的芝士,一半放少一些的。Half of it was with more cheese, and half of it was with lesser cheese.

今天煮西餐,还好我的老公很给面子的说好吃。嘻嘻。。为了迁就我那不爱吃芝士的老公,所以我的烤肉碎番茄酱通心粉没有额外加很多的芝士。

I cooked a Western meal for today’s dinner. Luckily my husband said it was tasty, although he doesn’t like to eat cheese. Because of him, I didn’t add too much of the cheese in my Baked Tomato Pork Macaroni.

烤肉碎番茄酱通心粉的材料:250g 猪肉碎,蒜 1-2 瓣,2 杯 Piccolini 通心粉,1 罐 Barilla Basilico 番茄酱 (400g),Parmesan 芝士碎适量,油适量,水适量,盐适量。

Ingredients for Baked Tomato Pork Macaroni: 250g of minced pork, 1 – 2 cloves of garlic, 2 cups of Piccolini, 1 cane of Barilla Basilico tomato sauce (400g), Parmesan grated cheese, oil, water, and salt.

  1. 先用水把通心粉煮软。我的是水滚后煮大约6分钟。要记得在水里放些盐,那么通心粉的味道会更美味。Use water to cook the macaroni until soft. I cooked it for around 6 minutes. Remember to add a bit of salt in the water to let the macaroni to taste better.
  2. 把蒜米去皮切碎,然后放入加了油的锅里翻炒一会儿。在蒜米变金黄前便可加入肉碎翻炒了。尽量把肉碎翻炒至小块。Remove the skin of the garlic and cut it into small pieces. Cook the garlic with oil, before the garlic turn into brownish, add in the minced pork. Try to make the minced pork into small pieces while we fry it with garlic.
  3. 肉碎翻炒至熟了后便可加入番茄酱和适量的水焖煮大约5-10分钟即可。我加的水是大约半罐番茄酱的分量。喜欢较浓稠番茄味的朋友可以少加一些水。Fry the minced pork till cooked, then add in the tomato sauce and water. Cook for 5-10 minutes. The water I added was around half bottle of tomato sauce. If you like to have a stronger taste of tomato, you can add in less water.
  4. 把煮好的通心粉和番茄酱肉碎放到陶瓷烤盘里,加入少量的芝士并搅拌均匀。过后再以个人喜好把碎芝士加到通心粉上。Put the macaroni and tomato sauce minced pork into the ceramic baking tray, add in a bit of cheese and stir well. Then add in as much cheese as you like onto the macaroni.
  5. 最后,把烤盘放到预热至200°C的烤炉里,烤大约10分钟。如你喜欢吃较脆口的芝士,也可以烤久一些。At last, put the baking tray into the oven which already preheated to 200°C. Bake for around 10 minutes will do. If you like to have more crunchy cheese, you can bake it longer.
