在德国煮饭之第六篇 – 酱油鸡 Cooking Life iN Germany 6 – Soy Sauce Chicken

每当我懒惰或不知道要煮什么的时候,我便会选择煮一些可以用酱油来炖煮的食物,简单、方便又快速。这次我就煮了酱油焖鸡腿和清炒鲜菇小白菜。

Whenever I’m lazy to cook or don’t know what to cook, I will choose something to cook with soy sauce. Easy and fast. This time, I cooked soy sauce chicken drumsticks and stir fry fresh mushroom with pak choi.

酱油鸡的材料:5个鸡腿,蒜 3 瓣,酱油4匙,料酒2匙, 糖1茶匙 ,五香粉/十三香半茶匙,油适量,水适量。

Ingredients for Soy Sauce Chicken: 5 chicken drumsticks, 3 cloves of garlic, 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 teaspoon of sugar, half teaspoon of five-spices powder / thirteen-spices mix, oil and, water.

  1. 先把鸡腿洗干净后用餐巾纸把水分吸干。在鸡腿两边的厚肉处切上一刀,让它们煮的时候容易熟和入味。Clean the chicken with water. Use paper towels to pat dry it. Slidely cut a cut on the thick meat of both side, so the meat can be welled cook easily.
  2. 把蒜米去皮备用。Remove the skin of the garlic.
  3. 烧热的锅中加入适量的油,然后把蒜米放入锅内爆香。再把鸡肉放进锅中煎至两面金。Saute the garlic and add the chicken in. Fry the chicken until it turns brownish both side.
  4. 加入糖和五香粉,快速拌炒后加入水,酱油和料酒。水要加到至少掩盖一半的鸡腿。Add in sugar and five-spices powder and do a quick stir fry. Then add water, soy sauce and cooking wine. The water must add until it covers at least half the drumstick.
  5. 盖上锅盖并用中小火焖煮大约15-20分钟就完成了。Cover it with lid and simmer with medium-low heat for 15-20 minutes.
  6. 注意:在焖煮了大约10分钟便可打开锅盖,把鸡腿翻面接着焖。这样鸡腿的颜色才会均匀。Note: After simmer for 10 minutes, turn the chicken drumsticks and continue to simmer. This can make the color of the drumstick more even.

清炒鲜菇小白菜的方法我就不啰嗦了,因为我相信大家都会如何用蒜米去清炒自己想吃的蔬菜。
