在德国煮饭之第三篇 Cooking Life iN Germany 3

今天煮了三个菜,酱油鸡翅、东炎海鲜汤和炒包菜。虽然说在德国的亚超(亚洲超级市场)有卖很多的材料,但是有时候为了煮一餐而买一大堆的东西(这里都是一袋大约100克出售的),然后再把剩余的材料放进冰箱等丢掉。我个人认为是很浪费的,所以我都是尽可能煮些简单的菜肴。

I cooked three dishes today. Soy sauce chicken wings, Tom Yum seafood soup, and stir-fried cabbage. Although I can get most of the ingredients from the Asia market here in Germany, I personally think that sometimes it is not worth the price they are selling here, mainly because the ingredients are sold as small packet size (100g), and that is why I always cook some simple dishes.

酱油鸡翅 Soy Sauce Chicken Wings

酱油鸡翅的材料:500g 鸡翅,蒜 3 瓣,姜片 4 片,酱油 4 大匙,白糖 1 茶匙,2 大匙绍兴酒,油适量,水适量(150 – 200毫升)。

Ingredients for Soy Sauce Chicken Wings: 500g of chicken wings, 3 cloves of garlic, 4 slices of ginger, 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, oil and water (150 – 200ml).

  1. 鸡翅洗净待用。蒜去皮备用。Clean the chicken wings. Peel off the skin of the garlic.
  2. 在锅里放上适量的油,先爆香蒜和姜片,然后放入鸡翅煎至两面金黄色。Cook the garlic and ginger slices with oil, then add in the chicken wings. Fry until it turns golden brown.
  3. 加入料酒、酱油、白糖和适量的水,用大火煲滚后转细火煮大约20分钟。期间要翻弄鸡翅,以让鸡翅的两面都有吸收到酱汁。如要让鸡翅更入味,可以再煮久一点。Add the cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, and water. Use the highest heat cook until it boiled, then turn it into lowest heat and cook it for 20 minutes. In between the 20 minutes, we must flip the chicken wings to make sure both sides are cook in the soy sauce. We can also cook the chicken wings a bit longer to have tastier chicken wings.
东炎海鲜汤 Tom Yum soup

东炎海鲜汤的材料:1根香茅,1-2大匙泰式酸辣酱,4茶匙砂糖,1颗中型番茄,1000毫升水,1-2包冷冻什锦鱼丸,1-2包金针菇,香菜适量。(你也可以准备自己喜欢的食材哦。)

Ingredients for Tom Yum seafood soup: 1 stuck of Lemongrass, 1-2 tablespoon of Thai Tom Yum sauce, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 1 medium size of the tomato, 1000 ml of water, 1-2 packet of frozen fish ball, 1-2 packets of Enoki mushroom, a little of coriander. (You can also add in those ingredients that you like.)

  1. 煮滚1000毫升的水后,把香茅放进水中转小火煮1-2分钟。如有柠檬叶,也可加入水中一起煮。Boil the water, then add in the lemongrass into the boiled water and turn it into a lower fire. Cook for 1-2 minutes. You can also add in lemon leaves if you have some.
  2. 开中火把水再次煮滚后便可加入泰式酸辣酱,并在锅中搅开。口味重的人可以再下多一些酸辣酱。Use medium fire to cook until the water boiled again, then we can add in the Thai Tom Yum sauce, and stir it. If you like to have a stronger taste of Tom Yum, you can add more sauce to the water.
  3. 加入2-3匙砂糖后尝一下汤头,如果觉得味道ok,那就不须要加第4匙了。Add 2-3 teaspoons of sugar and try the soup. If you like the taste of the soup, then is not necessary to add in the 4th teaspoon of sugar.
  4. 转小火后下所有的食材(番茄,鱼丸,金针菇),煮滚后便可关火并加入适量的香菜。Turn to lower fire and add in all the ingredients ( tomato, fish ball and Enoki mushroom ). Turn off the fire when it’s boiled, then add in the coriander.

这次的东炎汤我还额外加了3-4 根小辣椒,因为我的朋友都很爱吃辣,所以就寻众要求咯。好笑的事,他们说我加等于没加,因为我所买的小辣椒一点都不辣。谢谢我们的朋友献乐在我还忙着的时候帮我拍食物的照片。

This time, I added 3-4 extra small chilies to the Tom Yum soup, mainly because our friends love spicy food. But the funniest thing is, that they said it tasted the same as if I didn’t add any extra chilies. Maybe the chilies I bought this time around is not spicy. Photo credit to SL.
