I love to drink soup!! Especially during winter, a bowl of hot soup will make me feel warm. But in Germany, they usually like to drink pumpkin soup, mushroom soup or western style chicken soup. These are all different with what I usually drink in Malaysia.
Luckily I brought a soup boiling machine and some herbal to Germany from Malaysia.. This is all because I wan to make myself and also my husband a energetic soup during the winter. And that day I had make a pork with chinese mushroom herbal soup for us.

Ingredient we need are pork 2 pieces, chinese mushroom 1-2 pieces, white chinese herbal 1-2 pieces, red dates without seed 5-6 pieces, brown chinese herbal 2-3 pieces and a little bit of red chinese herbal. If you want to put more ingredients in it is always up to you.
At first, I wash all the herbal and put them into the pot which I filled with warm water. Please remember that we cant put the herbal in hot water before we start boiling.
I also put the pork into the hot water for a while before I put it into the pot.. This is to make sure that the soup wont have the strong pork smell and the soup will be clear.
After boiling for 3 hours, my herbal soup is ready… Yeah!! hehe…
